I have been watching these new episodes, they were awesome, and yes i believe they were released on purpose to create the hype (mkt strategies

Apart from the fights and opinions out there about the fandom, i really like this series, it has a good story with an actual plot and deep messages while still being a funny cartoon (even though Steven tends to mess up things a little, specially during 1st season, my god he got on my nerves sometimes
).
Anyway this cartoon is highly recommended.
